Pineapple Salsa.png
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl & mix until well combined.

  2. Store in refrigerator

  • 2 cups pineapple, cut into chunks

  • 1 ½ cups tomatoes, diced

  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

  • 1/3 cup red onion, chopped

  • 2 green onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper

  • Using habanero or jalapeno peppers is a fresh alternative to crush red peppers.

  • Mango salsa is just as amazing – swap out pineapple for mango.
