



Chicken Seasoning

4 lbs. Chicken Drumsticks skin on
-
4 tsp. salt
-
2 tsp. black pepper
-
2 tsp. garlic powder
-
2 tsp. cajun
-
2.5 tsp. paprika
-
1 tsp. Rosemary
-
1 tsp. lemon pepper
-
1 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Parmesan Drizzle
-
½ cup of butter
-
6 cloves of garlic minced
-
1 tbs of Italian parsley
-
½ cup parmesan cheese
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp salt
Flour Seasoning
-
2 cups flour
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp cajun lime
-
1 tsp paprika
-
10tsp. of butter (1 tsp for each drumstick)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees on roast (if you have that option).
-
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
-
Remove excess fat from drumsticks, rinse with water & vinegar mix, then pat dry with paper towels.
-
Add drumsticks to a large bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cajun, paprika, rosemary, & lemon pepper. Drizzle with olive oil & toss.

In a Ziploc bag, mix flour, garlic powder, cajun lime, & paprika. Mix all together & coat the chicken in this mixture.

Arrange chicken on the foiled baking sheet so they’re not touching & place 1 tsp of butter on each piece of chicken.

Roast in the oven for 15 minutes. Then, flip the chicken & bake for another 15 minutes. The chicken will be golden brown. A thermometer should read 165 degrees C
-
Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic & stir until fragrant. Add Parmesan cheese, black pepper, salt, & parsley, then stir.

Pour garlic parmesan sauce over drumsticks & serve!
