  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees on roast (if you have that option).

  2. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  3. Remove excess fat from drumsticks, rinse with water & vinegar mix, then pat dry with paper towels.

  4. Add drumsticks to a large bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cajun, paprika, rosemary, & lemon pepper. Drizzle with olive oil & toss.

  5. In a Ziploc bag, mix flour, garlic powder, cajun lime, & paprika. Mix all together & coat the chicken in this mixture.

  6. Arrange chicken on the foiled baking sheet so they’re not touching & place 1 tsp of butter on each piece of chicken.

  7. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes. Then, flip the chicken & bake for another 15 minutes. The chicken will be golden brown. A thermometer should read 165 degrees C

  8. Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic & stir until fragrant. Add Parmesan cheese, black pepper, salt, & parsley, then stir.

  9. Pour garlic parmesan sauce over drumsticks & serve!
