



Fish

1 pound of cod fish

2 tbsp of lime

1 tsp salt

1 tsp habanero peppers

1 tsp garlic blend
-
1 cup of vegetable oil for frying
Picco De Gallo
-
4 small tomatoes
-
½ bunch cilantro
-
½ of a medium purple onion
-
2 tbsp. of lime
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp crushed pepper

Season cod with lime, salt, habanero peppers, & garlic blend, & fry in vegetable oil

Shred green & purple cabbage & sliced carrots. Then add to a bowl & set aside.

Make Pico de Gallo; dice tomatoes, cilantro, & purple onions. Season with lime, salt, black pepper, & crushed pepper. Mix & set aside.

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, & lemon juice to make garlic mayonnaise. Set aside.

Assemble the tacos! - lightly toast corn tortillas in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Place cabbage mixture on top of tortillas, drizzle with garlic mayo & place fish on top of garlic mayo. Add salsa & more garlic mayo.
