Fish

  • 1 pound of cod fish

  • 2 tbsp of lime

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp habanero peppers

  • 1 tsp garlic blend

  • 1 cup of vegetable oil for frying

Picco De Gallo
  • 4 small tomatoes

  • ½ bunch cilantro 

  • ½ of a medium purple onion

  • 2 tbsp. of lime

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp crushed pepper

This is a health alternative to loaded baked potatoes. Choosing cauliflower over potatoes
  1. Season cod with lime, salt, habanero peppers, & garlic blend, & fry in vegetable oil

  2. Shred green & purple cabbage & sliced carrots. Then add to a bowl & set aside.

  3. Make Pico de Gallo; dice tomatoes, cilantro, & purple onions. Season with lime, salt, black pepper, & crushed pepper. Mix & set aside.

  4. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, & lemon juice to make garlic mayonnaise. Set aside.

  5. Assemble the tacos! - lightly toast corn tortillas in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Place cabbage mixture on top of tortillas, drizzle with garlic mayo & place fish on top of garlic mayo. Add salsa & more garlic mayo. 

  6. Serve!

Garlic Mayo

  • 1/3 cup mayo

  • 3 tbsp. sour cream

  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 cup of green cabbage

  • 1 cup of purple cabbage

  • ½ cup carrots
