Wash & rinse apples & dry them.

Slice apples and remove seeds then give a squeeze of lemon to stop browning. Lay to rest on paper towels & pat dry.

Microwave chocolate chips in a bowl in 25-30 second intervals. Stir well at intervals until all chips have melted.

Pierce apple slices with a knife then insert a wooden stick. Dip apple slices in melted chocolate, one at a time until completely covered, then rest on a pan lined with parchment paper.

Add toppings; pecans, caramel, dried cranberries, white chocolate, & place into refrigerator/freezer until chocolate becomes solid.

For the white chocolate, melt in 30-second intervals, stirring at each time.
